Sheetrock® Brand EcoSmart Panels Mold Tough® Firecode® X (UL Type ULIX™) represent a revolution in wallboard manufacturing, significantly reducing the need for natural resources and impact on the environment. These lighweight 5/8 in. Type X gypsum panels feature a noncombustible, moisture-and mold-resistant gypsum core encased in moisture- and mold-resistant, 100% recycled green face and brown back papers. When tested in accordance with ASTM D3273, the panels meet or exceed ASTM C1396 specifications. The panels are UL Classified for fire resistance and can be used in any UL design in which UltraLight Innovation Type X (ULIX™) panels are listed.
