Remove the dip card after 10-15 seconds and lay it flat on a clean, non- absorbent surface. Wait 5 minutes for results to appear. Reading Results: Interpret results between 5-7 minutes after dipping. Negative: Two lines appear – one in the control (C) area and one in the test (T) area, even if the test line is faint. Positive: Only one line appears in the control (C) area, with no line in the test (T) area. Invalid: No lines appear in the control region (C), indicating the test should be repeated with a new dip card.
