The InstaTiter P24 test is a patent-pending, novel combo lateral flow assay designed for the rapid detection and semi-quantitative measurement of lentiviral titers, as well as virus-like particles. The InstaTiter P24 features an optimized workflow that can be completed within 10 minutes without requiring any instrumentation. Unlike traditional sandwich lateral flow assays, this platform is not affected by the hook effect, meaning it does not generate false-negative results at high analyte concentrations. The detection limit of the cassette is 10^4 TU/mL, with a quantitative range extending up to 10^7 TU/mL. Key Features & Compatibility: Flexible Sample Compatibility: The test cassette can be used directly with unpurified samples in cell culture media (with or without FBS) and is compatible with common buffers such as PBS, Tris, and HEPES.
