We Are In “From Away” – BROKEN HILL CITY ART GALLERY

Description   We were honoured to see a framed image of our 80th Birthday Fashion Parade as we entered the "From Away" photography exhibition at Broken Hill City Art Gallery, by Em Jensen Creative. A dreamy, flickering, indie montage on a vintage TV set included two of our birthday photos and was hard to leave. This free photographic narrative celebrates Broken Hill's ephemeral residents and runs until August 10, 2025. [Marg Hammond is modelling our 1960s Aubergine taffeta dress and coat ensemble, made by Granny. Don Mudie is in our 1970s safari suit, as immortalised by Don Dunstan.]
