Generate your own electricity right at home Our 3000W solar system consists of eight state-of-the-art bifacial glass-glass solar modules, each with 445 watts, and a high-performance Solis inverter. This combination allows you to efficiently utilize solar energy even in low light conditions and either use it directly or feed it into the grid. Thanks to the included Wi-Fi dongle, you can conveniently monitor your electricity generation via smartphone or computer using the free Solis cloud. Invest in renewable energy now, reduce your electricity bill, and increase your independence for a more sustainable future. State-of-the-art solar modules for maximum efficiency Bifacial solar panels capture light from both sides. They not only capture sunlight coming directly from the sky, but also light reflected from the ground or nearby surfaces. This allows them to generate more energy than conventional panels, especially when the surroundings are bright and a lot of light is reflected back onto the panel. Improved efficiency: n-type modules generate an average of 3.9% more power than conventional p-type modules and guarantee higher and longer constant power output. Certified security: The modules are TÜV-certified and meet all current standards. Incredible performance guarantee: A 30-year performance warranty and a 25-year product warranty ensure an extra-long service life and therefore higher profitability. Robust and appealing design: Thanks to its black aluminium frame and double-glazed construction, the module blends elegantly into your home and withstands snow and storms. Efficient string inverter with a 10-year warranty The Solis S6-GR1P3K-M inverter optimizes the energy yield of your PV system. It ensures efficient conversion of self-generated solar power into alternating current for the home grid, operating with an efficiency of up to 97,3% and thus virtually loss-free. Its compact design and 10-year warranty ensure convenience and reliability. The inverter is transformerless, easy to install, and suitable for outdoor use. The included Wi-Fi dongle allows for easy connection to the Solis cloud, enabling you to monitor your photovoltaic system at any time. Notes on installation Since every installation is unique, this set is supplied without a mounting system. Please select the appropriate one. Mounting bracket for your solar panels The components are selected separately according to your specific circumstances. You will also need MC4 solar cables of the appropriate length to connect the solar panels to the inverter. This system may only be connected to the electricity grid by a qualified electrician registered with the grid operator. Registration with the grid operator and registration in the market master data register are required. The 3000W system is suitable for households that want to start generating their own electricity. With an annual yield of 2.900 to 3.500 kWh, you can generate approximately 30-40% of the average electricity consumption of a 2-3 person household. The system is particularly attractive if you are home during the day or operate appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, or devices in standby mode. How big does my roof need to be? You will need approximately 16 m² of free space for the 8 solar panels. The system is ideally suited for single-family homes, garages, carports, or outbuildings. Ideally, the panels should face south, southwest, or southeast. East-west facing roofs are also possible, but will result in slightly lower energy yields. Can I retrofit a battery storage system? No, the Solis S6-GR1P3K-M is a pure string inverter without a battery connection. If you wish to add a storage system later, it would need to be connected on the AC side via a separate battery inverter. If you are interested in storage solutions, we recommend choosing a hybrid system from the outset. What happens to the electricity I don't use? Excess electricity that you don't use yourself is automatically fed into the public grid. The feed-in tariff is a legal entitlement under the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) and is paid by the grid operator as soon as you have registered your system with them and it has been entered into the market master data register. For systems with self-consumption (surplus feed-in), the tariff is currently around 8 cents per kWh. The grid operator is legally obligated to pay – a separate feed-in agreement is not required. The higher your self-consumption, the more economical the system is, as self-consumed solar power replaces the significantly more expensive grid electricity, while the feed-in tariff is only a fraction of the electricity price. What other accessories do I need? You will need a mounting system suitable for your roof type (pitched roof, flat roof, etc.) and MC4 solar cables of the appropriate length to connect the modules to the inverter. Both can be ordered directly via the selection menu on this product page. How do I register with the network operator? The installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician registered with the grid operator. Your installer will usually handle the registration with the grid operator. As the system operator, you are responsible for registering the system in the Federal Network Agency's market master data register – this can be done online in just a few minutes. Both are legally required and prerequisites for receiving the feed-in tariff. Is the Solis cloud free? Yes, using the Solis cloud to monitor your system is permanently free. You can monitor your system via smartphone app or web browser and see in real time how much electricity you generate and consume. What annual return can I expect? With optimal south-facing orientation and a 30° roof pitch, you can expect an annual yield of 2.900 to 3.500 kWh in Germany. The actual yield depends on your location (north-south gradient), roof orientation, pitch, and any shading. Higher yields are generally possible in southern Germany than in the north.
