Efficient power generation in the smallest space This 3000W photovoltaic system combines 6 high-performance solar modules with a modern Solis inverter. The system is ideally suited for smaller homes, garages, or outbuildings, enabling optimal use of solar energy even where space is limited. Thanks to the Wi-Fi module, you can monitor your electricity generation at any time via smartphone or computer. With an annual yield of 2.500 to 3.200 kWh, you can cover a significant portion of your electricity needs yourself and considerably reduce your electricity bill. Full-black, high-performance modules The six 500-watt solar panels utilize bifacial technology, generating additional power from light reflected back onto the panels. The all-black design ensures a modern, elegant appearance on the roof. Bifacial technology: Up to 30% increased yield through the use of reflected light Robust glass-glass construction: Additional stability and reliable protection against the elements Long-lasting guarantee: 30-year linear performance warranty and 25-year product warranty High quality design: Full-black look for an appealing appearance Efficient string inverter with a 10-year warranty The Solis S6-GR1P3K-M inverter impresses with a high efficiency of up to 97,3% and a compact design. Its IP66 protection rating allows for use in sheltered outdoor areas. The included Wi-Fi dongle enables easy connection of the inverter to the free Solis cloud. The generous 10-year manufacturer's warranty underlines the high quality and reliability of the system. Notes on installation The set already includes two 10-meter MC4 cables. For larger distances, you can order extension cables via the selection menu. You can also add the mounting system for your roof shape via the selection menu. This system may only be connected to the electricity grid by a qualified electrician registered with the grid operator. Registration with the grid operator and registration in the market master data register are required. The 3000W system is suitable for households that want to start generating their own electricity. With an annual yield of 2.900 to 3.500 kWh, you can generate approximately 30-40% of the average electricity consumption of a 2-3 person household. The system is particularly attractive if you are home during the day or operate appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, or devices in standby mode. What advantage do 500W modules have over 445W modules? The larger 500W modules require less roof space for the same output. With just 6 modules, you can achieve 3.000 watts, whereas with 445W modules you would need 7-8 modules. This saves on installation effort and wiring, making it ideal for limited spaces. The all-black design also ensures a particularly attractive appearance. How big does my roof need to be? You will need approximately 14 m² of free space for the 6 solar panels. The system is ideally suited for single-family homes, garages, carports, or outbuildings. Ideally, the panels should face south, southwest, or southeast. East-west facing roofs are also possible, but will result in slightly lower energy yields. Can I retrofit a battery storage system? No, the Solis S6-GR1P3K-M is a pure string inverter without a battery connection. If you wish to add a storage system later, it would need to be connected on the AC side via a separate battery inverter. If you are interested in storage solutions, we recommend choosing a hybrid system from the outset. What happens to the electricity I don't use? Excess electricity that you don't use yourself is automatically fed into the public grid. The feed-in tariff is a legal entitlement under the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG) and is paid by the grid operator as soon as you have registered your system with them and it has been entered into the market master data register. For systems with self-consumption (surplus feed-in), the tariff is currently around 8 cents per kWh. The grid operator is legally obligated to pay – a separate feed-in agreement is not required. The higher your self-consumption, the more economical the system is, as self-consumed solar power replaces the significantly more expensive grid electricity, while the feed-in tariff is only a fraction of the electricity price. What other accessories do I need? You will need a mounting system suitable for your roof type (pitched roof, flat roof, etc.). You can order this directly from the selection menu on this product page. Two 10m MC4 cables are already included. For larger distances, you can also add extension cables via the selection menu. How do I register with the network operator? The installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician registered with the grid operator. Your installer will usually handle the registration with the grid operator. As the system operator, you are responsible for registering the system in the Federal Network Agency's market master data register – this can be done online in just a few minutes. Both are legally required and prerequisites for receiving the feed-in tariff. Is the Solis cloud free? Yes, using the Solis cloud to monitor your system is permanently free. You can monitor your system via smartphone app or web browser and see in real time how much electricity you generate and consume. What annual return can I expect? With optimal south-facing orientation and a 30° roof pitch, you can expect an annual yield of 2.500 to 3.200 kWh in Germany. The actual yield depends on your location (north-south gradient), roof orientation, pitch, and any shading. Higher yields are generally possible in southern Germany than in the north.
